In today's global economy, organizational effectiveness and innovation have become top priorities, putting pressure on all businesses worldwide. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of culture through innovation. We analyzed resistance as a boundary condition relation seek whether enhances positive effect indirect organization via effectiveness. Organizational is important because it occurs when employees understand how they fit into new way doing things, such that has The data were collected in two waves from 280 manager-employee dyads operating Pakistan's banking industry. outcomes indicated positively influences effectiveness; therefore, relationship mediated by influence greater among individuals who embraced improvements rapidly than those did not.
